About Us and What We Do
FIT@WORK provides the CLIENT with an on-site medical screening service for all employees and contractors in high risk designations.
The flexibility of the service is convenient and by reducing employee time away from the work place also very cost-effective.
The medical screening is totally risk based and will include risk specific testing (hearing test, lung function testing, vision screening and biological monitoring) when legally required or if a health risk is suggested by an on-site risk assessment. Tailor-made packages are therefore structured to address the specific risks identified and to suit the individual needs of the Client.
Simultaneously, the service assists the Client to minimize their risk of job related injury and illness by ensuring correct placement of employees in relation to their physical capabilities and chronic disease profile.
